Pete Melcher, Owner

Pete has two children.  He is an avid pilot and enjoys keeping his plane busy.  He also enjoys spending time in France.  Pete has recently overcome his fixation over Keira Knightly.

Bud Graves, General Manager

Bud has been in the turf business for most of his adult life.  He is in charge of all growing and freight activities for the company.  Outside of work, Bud has three children and one grand son.  He enjoys hunting and watching his son ride bulls.

Donna Muhlhaussen, Customer Service Manager

Donna has been with the company ten years.  She has two children and ( count’em) eight grand children.  She enjoys church and decorating cakes.

Deana Ondrias, Controller

Deana has been with the company for five years.  She has two children, three grand children and enjoys church and restoring antique furniture.

Keira Knightly, Movie Actress

Ms. Knightly is a beautiful movie acress who has no connection to VGT Sod.

Rusty Graves, Field Manager

Rusty assists in all aspects of running our farms.  He has one son and enjoys rodeos and fishing.
